Full payment with a major credit card is due at the time of making a booking. A unit tax of 11.5% is include in the rate. Four adults are included in the rate.
There are no room charges for children 10 and under when occupying the same unit as their parents.
A $15 cleaning fee will be charged at the time of check-in.
If a reservation is cancelled 14 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival, a one night cancellation penalty will be charged.
